Lucy couldn’t have been more considerate and compassionate even contacting me before we had received the death certificate. Just to touch base. She made the whole process a lot less stressful during what was a very emotional time. Nothing was to much trouble. Even down to collecting my dads ashes from the crematorium

Lee, Lucy, Colin and Karen were all absolutely incredible. Every member of staff we engaged with made what was an incredibly difficult time much easier and comfortable. Lucy was incredibly helpful and organised when supporting us to arrange the funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and she ensured everything was sorted for us timely and properly. Without Lucy we would have been truly lost and can't thank her enough for her help. Lee made the day so incredibly special. Lee not only has incredible management skills ensuring the day ran smoothly and all the team were organised, but he also ensured all the small special touches were thought of. He looked after us before, during and after the day and we were so touched at the support he gave us. Lee is the very best there is and we are so grateful to have had him direct the funeral for us. Colin and Karen made what was an emotional and difficult car ride most comfortable. Both were friendly and professional. The car was spotless and the hearse had been set up exactly as we asked. There is absolutely nothing we could have faulted on the day or that left us disappointed, every one went above and beyond to give us exactly what we wanted which meant we could give our loved one the very best send off. We will highly recommend Funeral Partners to anyone we speak to, especially the C&T Radmall branch.

I am very lucky that I chose C & T Radmall to organise my Mums funeral. From the first time I spoke to Trevor I knew I was in safe and experienced hands. He was always kind, understanding, charming and very efficient. Lucy was also amazingly comforting on the day itself, Pandora the recommended Celebrant was absolutely perfect and the pall bearers were incredibly smart and respectful. We had never had to arrange a funeral before so when Mum passed away we didn’t have a clue…we needn’t have worried as Mel Watson sorted everything out …she was compassionate and caring helping us every step of the way. Although she was on light duties at the time she even came to Mums funeral. Mel helped us through a difficult time . All of her colleagues were brilliant, they helped us all at the crematorium . Mel and the Henfield team at CT Radmall did a fine job in looking after the funeral of our dear family member Barry Anscombe.

It was a complex affair, to say the least, with a number of hurdles placed in the way, however, the team got on with it and did a professional job.

Our thanks go to Peter and Lucy who initially dealt with the family requests. Our special thanks go to Mel Watson who was our main point of contact for the more detailed arrangements and for the funeral on the day.

Thank you so much to everyone involved in making dads funeral special. A big thank you to Lucy whos kindness and compassion was exceptional, nothing was to much trouble, she listened to what we wanted and made sure every last detail was carried out. I have now used Radmall in Burgess Hill for 2 family funerals. I had such a good experience for the first funeral that it was an instant and automatic choice for the 2nd funeral. The whole service and experience from start to finish has been excellent. Great customer service, friendly, efficient and considerate at all times. The Radmall team took care of all the arrangements, requests and details without fuss and ensured that we had nothing to worry about during the whole process. Their service is exactly what you want and need at a time when things are tough. Lucy in particular was excellent and took care of all the arrangements making the whole thing smooth and seamless but also showing a great level of care, attention, understanding and sympathy. I would recommend Radmall Burgess Hill without hesitation. You can really tell that Lucy cares about her job and the service she provides to grieving families and I will always be grateful for the the send off they helped us give to both Dad and Mum.
