Funeral Arranger Rosie Mase from C & T Radmall in Horsham proved she was dogs best friend by keeping the local dogs hydrated during the hot summer months.
This small act of kindness didn’t go unnoticed by one member of the community and a thank you letter was soon on its way to her manager.
Rosie said “I leave water out for them as a lot of dogs walk past my branch and there’s not really anywhere else in town that I’ve seen where they can get a drink especially with this hot weather we had recently it’s just as important to look after the pets as well as the community.
I’ve never really thought much about it, it’s just second nature to put a water bowl out for them. As well as the kind letter received people also look in to branch and I often get a friendly wave and a mouthed ‘thank you’ from afar”.
